On the approval of the Regulation on

Department of Health and

Rehabilitation of the Ministry of the Interior

affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with Articles 8, 15, 18 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Authorities”, Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28

2015 No. 878 (with amendments), in order to bring the organizational and administrative acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs into line with the legislation

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Regulations on the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.

2. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 01, 2017 No. 982 “On approval of the Regulation on the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine” (as amended).

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Takhtai O.V.
