In accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Professional Development of Employees”, sub-paragraph 52 of paragraph 4 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878 (as amended), paragraph 9 of section I of the Regulation on the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated January 27, 2020 No. 65, and for the purpose of certification of practical psychologists to determine the professional level, complexity of the work performed, in accordance with the qualification requirements and job duties
