On the accounting of ionizing sources

radiation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In order to create a system for accounting of sources of ionizing radiation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. The heads of the main departments, departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on railways, GKVV, DSO, LNDEKC, DDAI, DNDI, educational and medical institutions and enterprises of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by 21.12.2009 to submit to the Central Village The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine information on the use of sources of ionizing radiation in the performance of official duties in the form attached.
2. Establish that from 01.01.2010, the acquisition of ionizing radiation sources is carried out in agreement with the Central SES of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
3. DMZR (Petrash O. V.) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine of January 14, 1998 No. 15/98-VR (15/98-VR) “On Protection of Human Beings from the Effects of Ionizing Radiation”, Radiation Safety Norms of Ukraine (NRBU-97) (v0062282-97)? Sanitary rules for ensuring radiation safety of Ukraine (52-05) (CHP 6.177-2005-09-02) ensure control over compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents when working with sources of ionizing radiation.
4. Control over the execution of the order will be entrusted to Deputy Minister Embulatov O. G.
5. Order sent as appropriate.
