About the creation of a recovery department

Ministry of Internal Affairs “Pivdennyi Bug”

In accordance with sub-paragraph 20 of paragraph 11 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, and in order to improve the medical care of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police of Ukraine, the rehabilitation of participants of the anti-terrorist operation and for the rational use of bed rest Foundation

I ORDER:

1. Eliminate the therapeutic department No. 2 in the structure of the State Administration “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region” in Sataniv village and create in the structure of the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdenny Bug” the department of rehabilitation and rehabilitation No. 2 in Sataniv village.

3. Amend the Regulation on the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdenny Bug”, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 1286 of November 04, 2004, stating it in the new version attached.

5. DFOP (Shevnin S. M.), UMZR (Korobka V. I.), State University “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Khmelnytsky region” (Matiiko O. I.), MRC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdennyi Bug” (Mudryi O. I.) make appropriate changes to the estimates.

7. DFOP (Shevnin S. M.) to provide in the prescribed manner the financing of the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdenny Bug”, taking into account the creation in its structure of the Department of Reconstructive Treatment and Rehabilitation No. 2 in Sataniv village.

9. DPOOND (Slivinskyj V. R.), UMZR (Korobka V. I.) to make appropriate changes to the states of the State Administrative Service “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Khmelnytsky region” and the Medical Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdenny Bug”.

11. DZZ (Shalievska L. I.) to carry out the measures provided for by regulatory legal acts on the transfer of real estate and individual individually determined property that is in use of the therapeutic department № 2 of the State Administration “Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region” from the balance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Khmelnytsky region to the balance sheet of the Medical Region rehabilitation center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “Pivdennyi Bug”.
