About the creation of psychiatric centers

help and professional

psychophysiological selection

In order to organize a departmental psychiatric service and professional psychophysiological selection, in accordance with the decision of the Board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 22, 1993. № 6 KM/3,

I ORDER:

1. To create at the departments /services/ health care of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea, the city of Kyiv, the UVA of the regions and the city of Sevastopol centers of psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection.
2. To approve the states of the centers of psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection, the Temporary Provision on them, as well as the list of changes in the states of medical and preventive institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system according to Appendices No. 1, 2, 3.
3. The fulfillment of tasks for the provision of psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the GUMV of Kyiv region should be entrusted to the Center for Psychiatric Care and Professional Psychophysiological Selection of the Department of Health of the city. Kiev.
4. To the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea, the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Kiev, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the regions and the city of Sevastopol to provide centers of psychiatric care and professional psychophysiological selection with office premises, vehicles, office equipment and other material and technical means.

Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the head of the Department of Health of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Petrasha O. IN.
