To the attention of business entities!
On June 09, under No. 968/40024, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 16, 2023 No. 396 “On Approval of Amendments to the Regulation on the Functional Subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter — ERZ).
This regulatory act, in particular, determines the procedure for providing access to the ERZ for users of ERZ entities that will carry out accounting and registration actions, as well as the termination of such access.
We provide some important tips to help you prepare for work in the ERZ.
To gain access to the ERZ, you must:
1. Fill out the application in the specified form (here);
2. Submit a completed and signed application to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in one of the convenient ways:
- in paper form - through the postal operator to the address: ul. Bogomoltsya, 10, m. Kyiv, 01601, or Narochom — at the same address, in the box for correspondence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- in electronic form - through the means of information, electronic communication, information and communication systems, or to the e-mail address of the authorized unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: [email protected];
The application for termination of access (here) is submitted in a similar way.
3. After receiving an application for granting access to the ERZ, the authorized unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs checks the completeness of the information provided and, depending on the type of activity of the subject of the ERZ, sends an application for verification to the structural unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on licensing and/or the authorized unit of the National Police of Ukraine for control over the circulation of weapons.
According to the results of the audit, if there are grounds, the application is sent to the ERZ administrator for the provision of appropriate access.
