During the first half of 2019, 5564 written appeals from citizens received to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 20 were forwarded to the Ministry from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 90 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 80 to the Administration of the President of Ukraine, 172 to other bodies.
