During 2021, 37,624 written appeals from citizens received to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 59 were forwarded to the Ministry from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 507 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 168 to the Office of the President of Ukraine, and 2775 to other bodies.
