During 2020, 29,473 citizens' appeals were received to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 59 were forwarded to the Ministry from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2381 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, 207 to the Office of the President of Ukraine, and 2,160 to other bodies.
