Main functions of Management:

1) ensures the development of documents of the mobilization plan of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a special period;

2) organizes work on the accounting of the fund of protective structures of civil protection in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies for the provision of service services, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

3) participate, within the scope of competence, in measures to ensure the stability of critical infrastructure facilities, to strengthen their protection against criminal acts, terrorist acts and cyberattacks, to develop public-private partnerships in relation to threats to critical infrastructure and to establish an effective system for managing its security;

4) ensures the organization of interaction of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other state bodies on mobilization work, civil protection and protection of critical infrastructure.
