Main functions of the Sector:

1) conducting introductory and other types of training on labor protection issues with the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

2) consideration of appeals of personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the issues of compliance with the legislation on labor protection;

3) organization of investigations and accounting of accidents, occupational diseases and accidents in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the manner prescribed by law;

4) participation in the internal audit of labor protection and certification of workplaces of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for compliance with regulatory and legal acts on labor protection.
