Main functions of the Department:

1) ensuring timely receipt, accounting, processing (initial processing) of documents, including those containing official information, appeals of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, deputy requests and deputy appeals, lawyer requests and requests for information that come to the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, documents written by the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (implementation of general office work);

2) implementation and execution of work with electronic documents, administration in the prescribed manner of the electronic document flow system in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Installation, configuration and control of individual elements of the automated electronic document flow system;

3) accounting of tasks, the implementation of which is provided for by acts of legislation, orders and orders of the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, monitoring and control of their implementation by structural divisions of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, GSC, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

4) the implementation in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of control over the timely consideration and passage of documents, the terms of consideration of deputy appeals and deputy requests, appeals of citizens (including those submitted in person), information received through the “government hotline”, other communication channels, requests for information, lawyers requests and preparation of responses to them, the implementation of resolutions of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the measures specified in the documents, if control over their implementation is entrusted to the Department.
