Overall, I am very pleased to see that our professional experience in performing tasks is only growing. We are more technically equipped, we have taken a professional approach to ensuring public safety. This was also taken into account by our Israeli colleagues, they compared with previous years and compared the situation this year. It is really nice and only thanks to our joint efforts, we did not allow any resonant offenses. Therefore, I am grateful to all the policemen who worked in Uman these days,” said Mikhail Kuratchenko.

In addition to Ukrainian policemen, Israeli colleagues were involved in the protection of public order, who established communication between Hasidic pilgrims and Umanchans, provided advisory and explanatory assistance. Law enforcement officers worked around the clock, protecting law and order and ensuring the safety of citizens. By this time, almost all the pilgrims had left Uman.
