For the murder of an 8-year-old boy in the city. The undercover police detained a 33-year-old man
As law enforcement officials found out, the suspect killed the child and hid the body in a sewer collector.
Recall: a report of the disappearance of the child was received by the police on June 6. The mother said that the son went for a walk to the playground on June 2 at 12:00 and did not return. All police services were focused on the search for the child - juvenile police, dog handlers, preventive officers and volunteers. Police inspected the city's playgrounds, train stations and markets, as well as surveyed abandoned buildings, forest strips and other places where the child could be. A dog inspector with a German shepherd Bilt was involved in the search. After the child's things, the service dog took a trail from the house where the boy lived and led it to the sewer collector. Police found the body of a child.
As police established, the crime occurred on June 2. There was a conflict between the abuser, who was intoxicated, and the boy's mother. Wanting revenge on her, the man took the child to an abandoned building and strangled him. To hide the traces of the crime, he hid the body in a sewer collector.
On June 9, investigators in agreement with the district prosecutor's office handed the man a notice of suspicion under paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder), for which responsibility is provided in the form of imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years or life imprisonment.
