Since the beginning of the election campaign, 60 statements and reports of violations of electoral legislation have been received by the Kharkiv police authorities
In accordance with Part 7 of Article 23 “Publicity and Openness of the Electoral Process” of the Election Code of Ukraine, the bodies of the National Police of Ukraine on the day before the voting day publish on official websites preliminary information on the number of registered appeals for violation of electoral legislation during the relevant election process and clarification of responsibility for violation of election legislation.
As of October 30, 2021, 60 statements and reports of violations of electoral legislation were received by the police authorities.
In total, the police authorities have drawn up 1 protocol on the commission of administrative offenses related to violation of electoral legislation.
The Unified Register of Pretrial Investigations contains information on 8 criminal proceedings: 1 opened on the fact of violation of electoral legislation, 7 - related to the electoral process.
