Kharkiv region: Police have established the person who killed the six-year-old girl
The body of a girl with signs of violent death was found yesterday, July 28, at about 23:50, in an abandoned house in the village of Staryi Saltiv. The police quickly established the identity of the attacker - a 13-year-old local resident.
To establish all the circumstances of the incident, the police invited the mother of the minor. Now a petition is being prepared in court for permission to interrogate the guy and place him in the receptor-distributor for children of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region.
Recall that the disappearance of the child on July 28 at 19:10 was reported by the mother of the girl. She said that her 6-year-old daughter left the yard of the house, where she was walking with a 13-year-old neighbor boy, at about 6 p.m. during the walk and did not return home. The personnel of the Chuguev RUP, neighboring police departments, units of the State Emergency Service, the NGU, a group of dog handlers and the public were involved in the search for the child.
On the same day, July 28, at about 23:50, during the search activities, in an abandoned house in the village of Staryi Saltiv, the police found the body of a girl with signs of violent death in the form of head and face bruises.
The leadership of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region, representatives of the juvenile police, prosecutor's office, dog experts, mobile forensic laboratory, and forensic experts urgently went to the scene of the incident.
The police quickly established the identity of the attacker. This is a 13-year-old boy who lives with his mother next door.
The investigator's information about the incident was entered in the EHRD under Part 2, paragraph 2 of Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years or life imprisonment. Investigative actions are ongoing. Due to the minor age of the offender, the police are preparing a petition to the court for permission to interrogate the guy and place him in the receptor-distributor for children of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region.
