A “lawman” nicknamed “Andrey Lvivsky” was detained in Bulgaria
One of the leaders of the criminal world, also known by the nickname “Nedel”, was detained yesterday, July 7, at the airport of the city. Sofia (Bulgaria). This was made possible thanks to the joint work of employees of the National Police of Ukraine and local law enforcement colleagues.
It was established that the “lawman” tried to arrive in Bulgaria on forged documents. During customs control, Nedelya provided documents in the name of another person. Currently, Ukrainian police are working with Bulgarian colleagues on the further extradition of “Andriy Lvivsky” to the territory of Ukraine.
Recall that in the spring of 2020, on the basis of the collected evidence, the “people in law” were reported in absentia about the suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and on the initiative of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police announced They were in an international search.
According to the investigation, in 2009, along with other individuals, he killed his friend and business partner. At that time, “Andriy Lviv” sought to obtain the highest status in the criminal hierarchy, and his comrade, with whom he had a conflict on the basis of joint criminal activity, was going to initiate the so-called “ambush” and complain about it to the leaders of the criminal world. In the event of such a meeting, the suspect would not be able to obtain the status of “villain in the law”, so he decided to get rid of his business partner.
A few years after the murder, in October 2012, he was “crowned” and given the status of “sick in law”. Since that time, Andriy Lviv began to monitor the activities of criminal groups, “shadow” schemes of the real sector of the economy and was responsible for the criminal “commons”.
For committing “foul of the law” can be threatened with up to 15 years in prison. In addition, he was included in the sanctions list of the National Security Council.
