The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed Denys Monastyrsky as a Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

This decision was supported by 271 deputies at the parliamentary session today, on July 16.
The newly appointed Minister of Internal Affairs was sworn in as a member of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Denys Monastyrsky has been the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement since 2020.
