VII “Patriotic Camp of the Military School” takes place in Kyiv
Today, September 11, on the territory of the National University of Biological Resources and Environmental Management of Ukraine, in Kyiv, the VII “Patriotic Camp of the Military School” takes place.
This year, the camp is dedicated to the fight against global terrorism and takes place under the slogan: “Let's protect our world for future generations!” The initiator of the event is the Charitable Foundation “Kryivka Free”.
The Military School Camp is a one-day event aimed at national-patriotic education of children and youth. Games and contests are organized for the participants of the event, as well as the work of various locations with equipment, special means, weapons, military equipment.
The event is organized by the NGO “Kryivka of the Free” and is held with the participation of representatives of the State Border Service of Ukraine, the National Police of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Many students of general educational institutions of the city visited the School. Kiev.
The boys and girls were able, among other things, to get acquainted with the activities of the State Border Service of Ukraine. To young patriots, the fighters of the 10th Mobile Border Detachment and the Separate Command of Protection and Security demonstrated the modern armored combat vehicle “Kraz Kuguar”, samples of ammunition and technical means used in the protection of the state border.
And representatives of the Main Military-Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Guard Service presented an ambulance (resuscitation vehicle) with a medical-paramedic brigade and familiarized those present with the basics of providing first emergency medical care.
Also, children practiced weaving camouflage nets, disassembling and assembling weapons, disguising — all this under the watchful eye of border guards, volunteers and volunteers of the Free Shelter.
In addition, border guards from the staffing department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine conducted career guidance activities and familiarized the School participants with the procedure and features of military service in the border department and the conditions of admission to the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service named after B. Khmelnitsky.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine actively participates in activities on national-patriotic education of children and youth, vocational guidance work and promotion of the border agency in society.
