All checkpoints on the demarcation line are open daily, but the actual crossing is only carried out at two of them
By order of the commander of the Joint Forces on the demarcation line, all checkpoints are open for passage daily, from 8:00 to 16:00. At the same time, the actual omission was made in only two of them.
The Russian occupation forces leave the road corridors completely blocked through the entry and exit checkpoints “Shchastya”, “Zolote”, “Gnutove”, “Mayorske” and “Marinka”.
The occupiers open traffic along the road corridor to the Novotroitske checkpoint only twice a week. During the week, 580 citizens and 92 vehicles were followed through the checkpoint in the direction of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, and 599 citizens and 88 vehicles — in the direction of the controlled territory.
Daily transit operations were carried out only at the checkpoint “Stanytsya Luhanska”. In total, in this checkpoint, the military personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine issued 7,296 persons to the temporarily occupied territory, and 5,769 persons to the controlled territory.
In addition, pro-Russian militants did not allow 7 citizens into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Border guards ensured their return to controlled territory.
Also, the border guards found 5 citizens who were heading to the controlled territory on partially forged documents. Notices are sent to the National Police on the detection of signs of criminal offenses.
5 trucks with humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross passed through the checkpoint “Novotroitske” and the checkpoint “Schastya”. For the needs of residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, sanitary materials, furniture, clothing and grocery sets have been prepared. The total weight of humanitarian aid was more than 36 tons.
We remind you that during the action in Ukraine of the “green” level of epidemic danger, citizens arrive in the controlled territory without undergoing self-isolation. And foreigners need to have a health insurance policy to cross the demarcation line.
At the same time, a mandatory condition is to stay in the checkpoint in a protective mask (respirator) with observance of social distance.
