The government has extended the decree that allows citizens of Belarus to stay in Ukraine 180 days a year
Today, December 29, the Cabinet of Ministers supported a resolution that allows citizens of Belarus to stay in Ukraine for 180 days next year. For the rest of the foreigners, this period is still limited to 90 days within six months.
Recall that earlier the Cabinet of Ministers increased the allowed period of stay on the territory of Ukraine for citizens of the Republic of Belarus. Instead of 90 days within 180 days, citizens of the Republic of Belarus got the opportunity to legally stay in Ukraine 180 days a year.
The resolution states that citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are entrepreneurs, highly qualified specialists, in particular specialists in the field of information technologies and innovations, whose immigration is in the interests of Ukraine, and members of their families can apply to the DMS and receive a temporary residence permit in a short period residence in Ukraine.
