The government appointed Yuriy Lubkovich as State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Today, November 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Yuriy Lubkovych as State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The relevant order is published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: “Appoint Yuriy Olegovich Lubkovich as State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine from the date of commencement of the actual performance of his official duties for a period of five years with remuneration in accordance with the legislation”.

Yuriy Lubkovych was born in Ternopil, in 2011 he graduated from the Ternopil National Economic University with the specialty “Management of foreign economic activity”. For 10 years he held public service positions. He has experience in leading positions in the regional state administration, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. He took special training courses for public managers at the Government of Canada Secretariat and Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Today, the Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky presented the new State Secretary to the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
