The government has agreed on the list of plots for the construction of housing for border guards
The relevant decision was made recently at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The order of the Government approved the list of land plots belonging to the defense lands on which it is planned to build housing for border guards and members of their families. These sites are located at:
m. Uzhhorod, str. Sobranetska, 177. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 1.1 hectares;
m. Khmelnytskyi, str. Kuprin, 15/A. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 2,7385 hectares;
m. Odessa, str. Levitana, 113. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 1.2 hectares;
m. Lviv, str. Volodymyr the Great, 10. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 0.75 hectares;
m. Lviv, str. Zelena, 65. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 0.4074 hectares;
m. Kyiv, str. Light, 6. The estimated area, which is planned for development - 4.5 hectares.
The Government's decision will facilitate the implementation of the state's social guarantees to border guards and members of their families to provide them with housing. It opens the possibility for the Border Agency to attract investors for residential development, according to the procedure determined by the Government (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/715-2011-%D0%BF#n11). This procedure provides for a competitive procedure for the election of an investor. The winner of the competition — an individual or legal person who will propose the best conditions for providing housing for border guards and members of their families — will be elected by the designated commissions at open meetings.
