During the past week, units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine rescued 54 people and eliminated 847 fires
During the past week, units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine made trips to carry out emergency prevention measures, prompt response to incidents and eliminate their consequences, extinguish fires, and carry out other rescue measures.
Since the beginning of the week, 1 thousand 216 emergency events have been registered, to which the response of the units of the State Emergency Service has been ensured with their departure to the place of their occurrence. As a result of the measures taken, 54 people were rescued.
847 fires were eliminated, 45 people were saved in the fires and 433 buildings and 50 vehicles were not destroyed by fire. 49 people died in the fires, estimated losses, according to operational data, amount to 4 million 598 thousand UAH.
During the week, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service carried out 176 expeditions, during which 1 thousand 199 explosive objects were found, seized and destroyed.
During the week, 9 people died in water bodies.
