During the past week, units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine rescued 38 people and eliminated 900 fires
Over the past week (from 20.09 to 26.06) units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine carried out trips to carry out emergency prevention measures, prompt response to events and eliminate their consequences, extinguish fires, carry out other rescue measures.
Since the beginning of the week, 1 thousand 287 emergency events have been registered, to which the response of the units of the State Emergency Service has been ensured with their departure to the place of their occurrence. As a result of the measures taken, 38 people were saved.
900 fires were eliminated, 16 people were saved in the fires and 360 buildings and 29 vehicles were not destroyed by fire. 28 people died in the fires, estimated losses, according to operational data, amount to 5 million 310 thousand UAH.
During the week, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service carried out 263 trips, during which 1 thousand 311 explosive objects were detected, seized and destroyed.
Within a week, 4 people died in water bodies.
