Graduation of master's degree students took place in KHNUVS
In Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, graduation of master's degree students took place. 44 young specialists of faculties No. 1, 3 received diplomas of graduation, ten of which — with honors. Soon young police officers will join the ranks of practical units of the National Police in different regions of Ukraine.
Diplomas were awarded: First Vice-Rector of the University Colonel of Police Dmytro Shvets, Vice-Rectors — Police Colonel Serhiy Bortnyk, Mykhailo Burdin, Dean of Faculty No. 3, Lieutenant Colonel of Police Oleksandr Morgunov, Deputy Dean of Faculty No. 1 Vladislav Nevyakov Dovovsky.
On behalf of the rector of the university, the third-rank police general Valery Sokurenko, the graduates were congratulated by the first vice-rector Dmitry Shvets. Addressing young people, he stressed that the diplomas received are a significant event, an important stage in life, which gives an opportunity to develop further, become good specialists, properly perform official duties, grow professionally and build a successful career.
Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of Faculty No. 1, Major of Police Tetiana Fomina noted that obtaining the degree of education “master” is a confirmation of high professional competence. The university staff has done everything to ensure that graduates acquire the necessary legal knowledge, skills and skills to become true professionals in their chosen profession. The teacher wished her success in her further activities and never forget her native university.
On behalf of the graduates, the senior lieutenant of the police, Vitaliy Naida thanked the management of the university, faculties, teachers, course officers for the knowledge, experience and guidance received, and read his own poem about the importance and necessity of the profession of police.
At the end of the celebrations, the vocal composition “Pohony” was performed by the participants of the artistic performance of the university.
