The military units of the Eastern ATO held meetings of the commanders of battalions and companies
The two-day meeting with the leadership of the battalion and company ranks ended. Such exercises significantly increase the efficiency of the command composition in solving combat tasks - the parts note.
The main purpose of the meeting is to increase the professional training of the team, the level of its methodological skills, to prove the necessary requirements for the main subjects of training. During the meeting, lecture theoretical and practical classes on methodical, tactical, physical training, as well as classes on the organization and management of the military economy and the basics of communication organization were held. Attention was also paid to the duties of ensuring state secrets and organizing the planning and management of the military economy.
Officers have improved skills in combat and special training, the actions of military units during the cessation of mass unrest, movement of units, the procedure for accounting and storage of weapons and ammunition.
“Mastering the knowledge and skills necessary for the successful performance of military duties by the personnel depends, first of all, on the professionalism of the commanders, - said Colonel Oleksandr Krat. - Conducted classes aimed at improving the personal level and methodical skills of commanders in working with subordinate personnel home”.
As a result of the meeting, each officer received an assessment of professional training, performed control tasks on the training and upbringing of subordinates, and commanders passed tests on physical training.
