In Kryvyi Rih, a separate registration point of the KNEDP — ACSC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has started working
In Kryvyi Rih, the Visa Administrative Services Center opened a separate registration point №057 of a qualified provider of electronic trust services - an accredited key certification center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In Ukraine, this is the first and so far the only ASC that will provide qualified electronic trust services in accordance with the Power of Attorney Agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And for the Ministry of Internal Affairs it is the first separate registration point that serves all customers outside the city. Kiev.
By contacting the specialists of the point, residents of Kryvyi Rih will be able to receive qualified electronic trust services free of charge, in particular, to issue a qualified electronic signature (KEP) and electronic seals, cancel or block KEP certificates directly from the administrator. Until recently, in Kryvyi Rih, qualified electronic trust services were provided only at one service point of the ACSC of the State Tax Service.
There are 6 specialists working in a separate registration point, of which 4 are registration administrators and a specialist responsible for the protection of information.

“KEP gives me the opportunity to sign electronic cards, referrals to patients, and in the future — sick leave letters. This is quite comfortable, because everything is protected, and people will not need to wait in lines, provide paper sheets. Patients will be able to receive electronic prescriptions and referrals to specialized specialists electronically. The procedure for obtaining a KEP is convenient and fast,” said O.Cheh.
A qualified electronic signature is an analogue of a handwritten signature. Any document signed by the CAP is equivalent to a paper signed by hand. The use of CAP provides:
· legal force of electronic documents;
· confidentiality of information (additional document encryption capabilities);
· improvement of business processes — electronic document flow, conclusion of contracts, execution of payment documents, conducting numerous commercial operations;
· access to state registers and resources;
· work with electronic document flow, in particular for the exchange of information in the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities;
· signing reports in the electronic system of the treasury;
· the possibility of making purchases through the Prozorro system;
· development and implementation of new mechanisms of digital interaction.
For users of the CAP, it is an opportunity to remotely receive administrative and other public services without queues and without unnecessary visits to public institutions.
