Training for heads of administrative practice of patrol police took place in Kyiv
The two-day training, filled with active discussions and discussions, brought together 30 leaders from all departments of the patrol police of Ukraine.
Classes contained not only a theoretical, but also a practical part. Participants underwent training in the field of administrative practice, during which they worked out problem situations arising during the preparation of certain materials of administrative offenses cases, issuance of electronic decisions, consideration of citizens' appeals, focused on the proceedings of cases of administrative offenses under article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, will analyze decisions of judges based on the results of consideration of such cases, etc.
The participants also discussed the problematic issues arising in their work and ways of solving them. In
addition, under the guidance of the trainers they worked out the issues of the main provisions of the anti-corruption legislation of Ukraine, the features of qualification and registration of materials in the case of administrative offense under articles 121-2, 132-1, 133-1, 139, 140 KUPP, procedure maintenance of subsystems in the PNP system; features of qualification and registration of materials on administrative offenses for committing domestic violence (Article 173-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), issuance of urgent prohibitive prescription.
