In Kiev, law enforcement officers detained an attacker who escaped from custody
Investigators communicate with the detainee in the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under two genders: rape and escape from custody. The man faces from ten to fifteen years in prison.
Recall, the Podolsk Police Department for committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 4 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, wanted Zamyatin Yevgeny Vladimirovich, born 12.06.1986, who escaped from custody on 06.07.2021. The entire staff of the metropolitan police was guided in search of the attacker.
During the development of the territory of the Podolsk district, law enforcement officers received information about the possible whereabouts of the fugitive. In the course of checking the message, the police located the offender and detained him.
Investigators are now communicating with the detainee. The pre-trial investigation continues under two articles — Part 4 of Art. 154 (Rape of a person under the age of fourteen) and Part 1 of Art. 393 (Escape from custody) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The offender faces from ten to fifteen years in prison.
