In Kyiv, law enforcement officers found a man who doused the fifth President of Ukraine with green paint
The actions of the attacker are qualified as hooliganism. Investigators are currently in contact with the man.
Today, during the solemn events in the center of Kiev, an unknown person poured green paint on the ex-president of Ukraine. Law enforcement officers immediately stopped the violator and took him to the Pechersk Police Department.
The perpetrator was a native of the Chernihiv region, born in 1999. At the moment, priority investigative actions are being carried out with him.
According to this fact, the investigators of the Pechersk police department initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to five years of restriction of liberty.
