In Chernihiv, the court arrested the first suspect in the murder of a policeman
Today, October 4, Desnyansky District Court of Moscow. Chernihiv chose a precautionary measure for the 17-year-old suspect in the murder of a police officer in the form of detention for a period of 60 days.
Recall that on October 2, around 1 pm on Nezalezhnosti Street in Chernihiv, a group of young men of athletic build during a sudden conflict caused bodily injuries to two police officers. At the time of the incident, both police officers were on leave and were in civilian clothes.
It is previously known that one of the police officers was inflicted more than 20 blows to the head, as a result of which he died at the scene. The second policeman was beaten by the assailants and robbed in a unconscious state. The man was hospitalized with bodily injuries.
On October 3, investigators reported on suspicion of premeditated murder to four Chernihiv residents who directly inflicted bodily harm on police officers. Among them is a 17-year-old student, who the court chose a precautionary measure - detention for two months.
Also today, the court chooses a precautionary measure for three more suspects in the fatal beating of a police officer and one suspect in a robbery who took the bag of one of the victims.
