In “Boryspil” border guards and customs officers found precious stones and jewelry
Last night, at the Boryspil checkpoint, according to the operational information of the border guards of the Main Operational and Search Department of the Kyiv OKPP, together with customs officers, they found almost a kilogram of precious goods.
Two Ukrainians born 1951 and 2001 tried to import goods into Ukraine with violations. Citizens arrived by flight from Doha (Qatar). During the inspection of passengers' luggage, law enforcement officers found 146 items of silver inlaid with diamonds of various samples, 25 items of gold, also with diamonds and other precious stones, and 12 diamonds with relevant supporting documents.
Ukrainians transported kram in suitcases among clothes. The amount of the estimate of the detected product is established. A protocol on violation of customs rules has been drawn up for citizens of Ukraine.
