By order of the commander of the Joint Forces on the demarcation line, all checkpoints are open for passage daily, from 8.00 to 16.00. At the same time, the actual omission was made in only two of them.

The Russian occupation forces leave the road corridors completely blocked through the entry and exit checkpoints “Shchastya”, “Zolote”, “Gnutove”, “Mayorske” and “Marinka”.

The occupiers open traffic along the road corridor to the Novotroitske checkpoint only twice a week, but the passenger flow is significantly limited. At the same time, Russian mercenaries violated the mode of operation of the humanitarian road corridor three times, sending citizens across the demarcation line after the completion of the checkpoint.

During the week, 213 citizens and 41 vehicles were followed through the checkpoint in the direction of the temporarily occupied Donetsk region, and 268 citizens and 59 vehicles — in the direction of the controlled territory.

Daily transit operations were carried out only at the checkpoint “Stanytsya Luhanska”. Passenger traffic there, compared to the previous week, increased by 20%. In total, the military personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine registered 5,750 persons to the temporarily occupied territory, 6,405 persons to the controlled territory.

In addition, pro-Russian militants did not allow 26 citizens into the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. According to people, among the reasons for the refusal of the pass were in “Stanytsya Luhansk” - the lack of a registered place of residence in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, and in “Novotroitske” - the absence in the lists of persons who have been granted a permit. Border guards ensured their return to controlled territory.

17 trucks carrying humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees passed through the Novotroitske checkpoint. For the needs of residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, 167.9 tons of cargo, in particular, hygiene kits and building materials were delivered.

We remind you that in order to further prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Government has tightened the conditions of entry into Ukraine. Therefore, in accordance with the order of the commander of the Joint Forces, quarantine restrictions were extended at the checkpoints. A prerequisite is the passage of temperature screening and staying in the checkpoint in a protective mask (respirator) with observance of social distancing.

Without self-isolation, citizens of Ukraine who wish to vaccinate against COVID-19 in the territory where the state authorities of Ukraine exercise their powers in full, subject to presentation of an invitation for vaccination with a unique ID, will be allowed.

Citizens of Ukraine who are subject to self-isolation while following the controlled territory are obliged to install and activate the mobile application of the Vdoma system. If it is not possible to install a mobile application, they are subject to observation. And foreigners, when crossing the demarcation line, in addition to this, must have an insurance policy.
