The court detained all suspects in the murder of a policeman in Chernihiv

During the pre-trial investigation, five defendants will remain in custody.
The actions of the four offenders are qualified by law enforcement officers according to paragraph 12 part 2 of Article 115 (intentional murder committed by a group of persons in advance) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The act of another detained defendant is qualified as robbery, combined with violence, or by prior conspiracy by a group of persons (Part 2 of Art. 186) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Recall: yesterday in Chernihiv the court arrested the first suspect in the murder of a policeman.
