The court detained a 17-year-old suspect in the murder of a man in the center of Nikolaev
On April 29, the judge of the Zavodsk district court satisfied the investigator's request and chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of detention for a period of two months without the right to make bail. Procedural management is carried out by the District Prosecutor's Office of the city. Nikolaev.
Recall, on April 28, during a special operation, the investigators of the Investigative Department, the operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department and the Nikolaev district police department under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office and with the strong support of KORD fighters detained a local resident involved in the murder of Nikolaev, which happened on April 15 in the courtyard of high-rise buildings on the street of the Decembrists. Then the 38-year-old victim received multiple gunshot wounds to the back, from which he died. According to the preliminary version of the investigation, the motive for the murder was bloody revenge for the murder of the minor's maternal uncle.
The investigators handed the attacker a report on suspicion of committing premeditated murder (Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). At the same time, the detainee is accused of causing grievous bodily harm to a passer-by in Nikolaev (Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and by the Central District Court of the city of Nikolaev he was chosen a preventive measure in the form of house arrest.
