Metropolitan investigators announced the suspicion of three more participants in hooliganism near a bar in Podil
Five people have already received reports of suspicion, who damaged the property and the facade of the establishment. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
Recall that at the end of November this year, a group of people with hooligan motives destroyed the property of the bar “Wave”, and then tried to harm the security guards and visitors of the establishment, who were locked inside. The actions of offenders were qualified by investigators under Part 4 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — hooliganism.
As part of the criminal proceedings, law enforcement officers identified about 30 people likely involved in the crime, and later two participants were informed of the suspicion. They were local residents of 2005 and 2006 births.
Under the procedural guidance of the Podolsk District Prosecutor's Office, three more participants were informed about the suspicion. These are Kyiv residents, born in 2001 and 2004, and a native of Kyiv region, born in 2003. Investigators also prepared a petition to the court for the selection of preventive measures in relation to the suspects.
Currently, law enforcement officers document the actions of other participants in order to bring them to criminal responsibility.
