Today, under the procedural guidance of the Golosiivska District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Kiev, investigators notified the detainee of suspicion of committing crimes stipulated by Art. 348 (Invasion of the life of an employee of a law enforcement agency, a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border or a serviceman) and part 2 of Art. 15, para. 1 part 2 of Art. 115 (Attempted murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The question of choosing a preventive measure for him in the form of detention is being resolved. For what he has done, he may be threatened with life imprisonment.
