KHNUVS Master's degree student Oleksandr Usyk is a world champion!
On behalf of the thousands of staff of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, we congratulate our university's graduate student Oleksandr Usyk, who studies in psychology, with the victory in the championship fight with Anthony Joshua.
It was a spectacular and extremely exciting duel, witnessed by millions of fans around the world, of the courageous and masculine strong sport of boxing. Nevertheless, the athlete presented the brightest and most powerful emotions, a real drive, a sense of pride for his country and his people to the Ukrainian audience of fans, who, holding their breath, followed every movement of their compatriot.
Bravo, Alexander, it was unbeatable! You have not only won three world titles, you have done much more — you have proved to the whole world that we, Ukrainians, are a strong, united and invincible nation that knows how to keep the punch!
