He is charged with creating and leading a criminal organization.

“Vor in law” nicknamed “Armen Hochul” received its criminal status back in 2011 from one of the most influential representatives of world criminality.

Operatives of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine received enough evidence of illegal activities of “Armen Khokhla”. It was established that he created and headed the criminal organization, which included four more people, three of whom are dependents of the Kropyvnytskyi Prison.

“Vor in Law” established its authority among the participants of the organization, assigned them criminal statuses and distributed roles between them. The main “direction” of the activities of the attackers was extorting funds from the detainees of the detention center, forcing them to participate in gambling, “knocking out” non-existent debts and inciting violations of the rules of stay in the institution. In addition, the “wolf in law” controlled the so-called criminal “community”, forced accomplices to replenish it with illegally obtained funds. Numerical facts of “knocking out” funds from SIZO dependents are also documented.

Yesterday, May 17, investigators of the police department in the Kirovograd region under the procedural leadership of the regional prosecutor's office informed the “people in the law” about the suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. If proven guilty in court, the “lawless” can be threatened with up to 12 years in prison.
