Seven years ago, the border guards of the Luhansk detachment returned a column of Putin mercenaries to Russia
On May 21, 2014, the border patrol of the Krasnodon department discovered a convoy that violated the border outside the checkpoints. At about 22 o'clock, three KAMAZ trucks entered Ukraine from the territory of the aggressor country.
In front of the column was the car “Niva”. All vehicles were without license plates.
The demand of Ukrainian border guards to stop and the warning shots of the drivers of “Niva” and “Kamaz” were ignored. Then the border outfit opened fire on the damage, after which the column turned and returned to the Russian Federation.
As it later turned out, the column carried militants and weapons.
At that time, this was the fourth time that Ukrainian border guards prevented illegal entry of transport from the aggressor country. It is noteworthy that the border service of the FSB of the Russian Federation fundamentally “did not notice” these violators.
