The security forces of the operation of the United Forces discovered the background of militants in the Donetsk region
Special agents of the National Guard of Ukraine, employees of the Security Service, the State Fiscal Service, the National Police and the soldiers of the State Border Guard Service in close cooperation carried out operational and preventive work out of dangerous areas of Donetsk region on the demarcation line.
After receiving the combat order, the soldiers had the goal of bypassing particularly dangerous areas, communicating with the local population and inspecting the locations of possible skirmishes of militants.
“Given the high activity of the enemy, operational and preventive exercises are one of the effective tools of counteracting the enemy's terrorist plans,” one of the officers noted under the pseudonym Garik.
During a search of one of the abandoned buildings, a search party of special agents found a dangerous crane. There were grenades (f1, rgd5, rgn) and sunk into them, tin blocks (total weight — almost 9kg), grenade launcher and anti-tank mines. The discovered munitions were transferred to the explosives engineers for their further disposal.
Carrying out such measures helps to reduce the cheminogenic tension in the frontline areas and makes the streets safer.
