Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will provide services according to the new standard
Uniform standards of state service have been introduced for state bodies. First of all, the new requirements provide for high-quality and non-discriminatory provision of services to all clients, in particular, people with disabilities, foreigners and representatives of national minorities.

We already have standards of communication with customers: our employees have clear instructions - how to greet, the algorithm for providing the service, for the most part, service centers have a normalized format of the premises. This is very convenient for our visitors,” said the head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yevhen Moiseenko.
In order for citizens to feel care and care during remote use of services, a system of electronic services exists and is actively used, in particular:
- electronic driver's office with a list of functions necessary for the average car owner;
- calculator of the approximate cost of obtaining a vehicle re-registration service;
- checking the legitimacy of car registration certificates and driver's licenses;
- online simulator to test knowledge of the Rules of the Road.
