Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Forum “Ukraine 30. Safe community” presented their services to the communities

Every citizen of Ukraine, regardless of place of residence, should feel safe and receive high-quality access to state services. We can only achieve this through the interaction of state authorities with local communities. Therefore, today, November 4, a large-scale Forum “Ukraine 30 was held. Safe community” with representatives of territorial communities from all over Ukraine.

The event brought together the most important speakers of the country. Among them are President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal, Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky and other specialized specialists. Government officials discussed issues of security and access to government services. Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also shared with invited guests, representatives of territorial communities from all over Ukraine their useful innovations in the automotive sector and related services.

The business card of the presentation of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs became the electronic driver's cabinet. After all, today it has been used by more than 1.8 million citizens. Until recently, most of the services to drivers were provided only directly in our establishments. Actual data about the car, driver's license, fines could be found out only after a personal appeal. The Driver's Electronic Cabinet now provides this information online. Here you can order an individual license plate with delivery — for a soul, a gift, a good mood, exchange a driver's license, assign a proper user, pay fines for violation of traffic laws.

In addition, at the Forum service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs present a new service for our citizens — replacement of driver's license through the Electronic Driver's Cabinet with delivery by Ukrposhta.

“Now receiving a plastic document for the client becomes as convenient as possible: it is enough to log in to the electronic driver's office and fill in all the necessary fields, choose delivery by Ukrposhta and pick up the driver's license at the nearest branch at a convenient time. And residents of villages do not need to go to the district center - the driver's license will be delivered by a courier of Ukrposhta. This will not only minimize contacts with other people during the pandemic, but also significantly save your time,” said expert on the development of electronic services Yevhen Moiseenko.

Another priority direction for the development of our institutions is cooperation with other government departments — Diya Centres (CNAPAs). Therefore, in the arsenal we have 53 joint agreements. We are always willing to share the experience of providing services related to cars. After all, the joint work of the public sector has a positive effect on the quality of service provision and ensures the maximum approximation of the service to the consumer. This also applies to the scanning of passports and other documents of citizens of the QR code in the Diya application for obtaining services in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This saves twice as much time and, as a bonus, it improves the environment and saves trees.

Also at the Forum, representatives of communities were told about the developed convenient services on our website. This is an online simulator on traffic rules, where you can check 24/7 your knowledge of traffic rules, the service “Estimated Cost of Services/” service. He calculates the cost of the service, taxes and fees that must be paid when re-registering a car. Online document verification services also help employers, government agencies, territorial communities and foreign police to verify the legitimacy of documents quickly. Such support of business processes ensures stable income of taxes to the budgets of territorial communities.
