Rescuers together with representatives of the media carry out raids on the places of sale of pyrotechnic products and tell how to meet the winter holidays safely
At the end of December, traditionally, shop windows are filled with New Year's paraphernalia. Christmas tree decorations, toys, festive garlands, as well as fireworks and other pyrotechnic products. Bright wrappers promise buyers an unforgettable experience, but this rule is valid only when observing safety rules during the operation of fireworks and firecrackers. This is what rescuers told during information and information work in places of sale of pyrotechnic products. In order to reach as large an audience as possible, journalists were invited to participate in the raids.
So, in order for the holiday to be safe and at the same time bright, you need to choose pyrotechnics correctly. Rescuers raided shops in Odessa to find out if licensed fireworks and Bengal lights were being sold to Odessa residents. All pyrotechnics must be serviceable and licensed. And this means: the fireworks are safe and the seller must have a certificate of quality of such products. But it is better to refuse to buy pyrotechnics on the market, without documents and such a sign.

In turn, the TV channel “Social: Volyn” visited a safety lesson with rescuers of the State Emergency Service Department in the Volyn region, where the specialists of the Rescue Service told children about the safety rules during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
