Rescuers continue to eliminate the effects of adverse weather conditions in certain regions of Ukraine

As predicted by the specialists of the UkrHydrometCenter, last day in Ukraine there were complications of weather conditions in certain regions. Thus, gusty winds (sometimes gusty) and heavy rains led to flooding of streets, private dwellings and farms, as well as the toppling of trees, damage to structures, etc.

Odessa region:

July 22 in the city. Due to heavy rainfall, 48 farms and 10 sections of roads were flooded in Odessa. There are no casualties or casualties. The units of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 98 people, including 39 children and 1 woman in labor. About 30 thousand m3 of water is pumped out. The SNS involved 130 people and 41 units of equipment (including 2 floatplanes). Work continues.

July 22 at 08:10 in p. In Nerubaisk, Odessa district, due to heavy rainfall, the destruction of the earthen dam of the local pond occurred, as a result of which 10 private households were flooded. The units of the State Emergency Service and communal services carried out work on pumping water and clearing of sewage. The work is completed.

Zaporozhye region:

July 22 in the city. Berdyansk, due to heavy rainfall, flooded 70 farms. The units of the State Emergency Service provided assistance to 32 people, including 10 children (removed from flooded areas). About 740 m3 of water is pumped out. Work continues. 38 people and 9 units of equipment were involved from the State Emergency Service.

Kherson region:

July 22 in the village. Due to heavy rainfall, 6 residential buildings and 25 personal plots were flooded due to heavy rainfall. About 400 m3 of water is pumped out. 4 persons and 2 units of equipment were involved for pumping water, of which 2 persons and 1 unit of equipment from the State Emergency Service.
