Emergency rescue workers assist in extinguishing large-scale fires in Greece
On August 8, a team of other SNS (100 rescuers) on the territory of the periphery of “Spatari” between the settlements of Trupi and Daphnus eliminated individual foci and localized a forest fire in the mountain range along the front of 1,800 m (since the beginning of work 4 thousand 50 m), clay up to 60 m.

Recall that on August 6, a combined detachment of firefighters from all over the country arrived in Greece to help fight large-scale forest fires. To fulfill the task of the Head of State Volodymyr Zelensky and the decision of the Government, a hundred rescuers of the State Emergency Service with the necessary equipment took off from the airport “Kyiv”.
