November 29, about 9 p.m. near the city. Unclear evaporation of anhydrous ammonia occurred on the territory of one of the enterprises from the neck of the railway tank. The Department of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection carried out air measurements, no excess of the maximum permissible concentrations of chemical and hazardous substances was detected. There is no threat to the population.
The units of the State Emergency Service sprayed jets of water to precipitate a cloud of ammonia evaporation.
November 30 at 01:20 the pumping work is completed, the evaporation of ammonia is stopped. There are no casualties or casualties.
The SNS involved 32 people and 8 units of equipment.
