The results of the work of the National Guard patrols over the past week
In the period from December 12 to 18, the personnel of the military units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which are entrusted with the functions of protecting public order, were engaged in service in 21 regional centers of the state and in the city. Kyiv, 32 cities of regional and district subordination, 9 rural settlements, including in 6 settlements within the area of operation of the Joint Forces and on the territory of 7 transport infrastructure facilities. All tasks of the service are completed in full.
In total, according to the results of the law enforcement service over the past week, the guards handed over 83 people to the National Police on suspicion of committing a crime. On suspicion of committing administrative offenses, 1 thousand 497 people were transferred to the NPU. Detainees seized: 1 grenade, 1 traumatic action device, 4 rounds, cold weapons, 0.204 kg of narcotic substances, 71 Christmas trees.
Among the main tasks performed were:
participation in the activities of the joint special border operation “POLISSYA”;
protection of observation sites, isolation of COVID-19 patients in 3 settlements of the state and 3 mass vaccination points in Kyiv;
protection of public order during restrictive anti-epidemic measures in the “red zones” on the territory of 7 settlements of the state;
participation in the provision of civil protection at the site of the explosion of a residential building;
ensuring law and order during mass events near state authorities, near judicial institutions, during the plenary session of the 9th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and during sports events;
participation in 27 preventive measures to prevent illegal mining of amber;
participation in two search activities for missing citizens;
execution of law enforcement tasks within the framework of the Joint Forces operation;
protection of state facilities, etc.

On December 12, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3033, during service with the OGP in the city. Berdyansk, a citizen was detained under Art. 263 CCU, in which during the surface inspection 4 combat rounds were found without permits. On December 15, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3011, during service with the OGP in the city. Kropyvnytskyi, two citizens were detained under Art. 263 and Art. 309 KKU, in which, during the surface inspection, a traumatic pistol converted for firing battle cartridges and a narcotic substance of plant origin with a total weight of 18 gr. without permits. On December 15, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3059, during service with the OGP in the city. Kropyvnytskyi, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin with a total weight of 12 grams was detected. On December 15, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3058, during service with the OGP in the city. Izmail, after a citizen's appeal that two unknown persons secretly stole her wallet with personal documents and money in the amount of 2 thousand hryvnias, two citizens were found and detained during the exploitation of the adjacent territory under Art. 185 Criminal Code, in which a stolen wallet was discovered during a surface check. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 15, by an independent auto patrol of w/h 3058, during service with the OGP in the city. Ishmael, a man was detained for art. 263 KKU, which during a surface inspection discovered an F-1 combat grenade. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 16, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3052, during service with the OGP in the city. Poltava, after receiving a message about the theft of a mobile phone by an unknown person, hot traces, during the exploitation of the adjacent territory, a citizen was found and detained under Art. 185 Criminal Code, in which a stolen mobile phone was discovered during a surface check. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
December 16, by an independent foot patrol in the city 1241, during service with the OGP in the city. Ivano-Frankivsk, a citizen was detained under Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin with a total weight of 14 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 16, independent patrols of In/h 3057, during service with OGP m. Mariupol, two persons were found and detained, who, according to the data of information and search engines of the NPU, were actively wanted under Art. 309 of the Criminal Code, one person of whom was also wanted under Art. 407 of the Criminal Code for the unauthorized abandonment of a military unit. On December 17, by an independent patrol on the car w/h 3002, while serving with the OGP of the city. Drohobych, a man was found and detained, who, according to the data of the information and search system of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 185 KKU. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 17, joint with the NPU foot patrol of V/h 1241, during service with the OGP in the village. Old Fox, a man was detained for art. 246 Criminal Code “Illegal logging of the forest”, which transported 71 Christmas trees without the relevant permits. December 17, by an independent patrol on the car w/h 3002, during service with the OGP in the city. Mukachevo, a man was detained for art. 263 CCU, in which during a surface inspection a metal baton with signs of cold weapons was found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 18, by an independent foot patrol of V/h 3036, during service with the OGP in the city. Dnipro, after a citizen's appeal that an unknown person using physical force took away her personal suitcase, according to hot traces, during the exploitation of the adjacent territory, a man was found and detained under Art. 187 Criminal Code “Robbery”, in which, during a surface inspection, a stolen suitcase was discovered and its involvement in the crime was confirmed by the applicant. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 18, by an independent patrol of w/h 3012, during service with the OGP m. Odessa, a man was found and detained, who, according to the information and search system of the NPU, was actively wanted under Art. 186 KKU “Grabizh”. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
On December 18, joint with the NPU auto patrol of V/h 3053, during service with the OGP in the city. Khmelnitsky, a citizen was detained for art. 309 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, a narcotic substance of synthetic origin with a total weight of 14 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
OOPS
According to the results of the service, 14 persons were transferred to the National Police officers in the area of the PLO on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 3 persons on suspicion of involvement in the NSF, 103 persons — for administrative offenses. Detainees seized: firearms and cold weapons, 7 grams of narcotic substances, 5 m3 of wood (roundwood), 16,720 kg of scrap metal and 1 vehicle that was wanted.
