The results of the work of the National Guard patrols over the past week
In the period from September 05 to September 11 of the current year, the personnel of the military units and units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which are assigned functions to protect public order, were involved in 21 regional centers of the state and in the city. Kyiv, 34 cities of regional and district subordination, 10 rural settlements, including in 8 settlements within the framework of the operation of the Joint Forces and on the territory of 5 transport infrastructure facilities.
During the week, 687 service tasks from the OGP were performed, for which more than 3 thousand 975 servicemen, 76 service dogs, 109 units of patrol vehicles and 164 units of motor vehicles were involved daily (on service days).
According to the results of the service with the OGP transferred to the employees of the National Police:
— 126 persons suspected of committing a crime (88 independent and 38 joint with the NPU), of which:
during the carrying of the patrol service — 124 persons (86 independent and 38 joint with NPU outfits); patrolling settlements within the framework of the PLO — 2 persons (2 independent outfits);
— 1 thousand 586 persons for administrative offenses (1027 independent and 559 joint with NPU outfits), of which:
during the carrying of patrol service — 1 thousand 566 persons (1024 independent and 542 joint with NPU outfits); patrol of settlements within the framework of the OOS — 20 persons (3 independent and 17 in common with NPU outfits).
Detainees seized: 1 firearms (jointly), 2 traumatic devices (1 independently, 1 jointly), 38 rounds (6 independently, 32 jointly), 2 pieces of cold weapons (independently), 0.918 kg (0.827 independently, 0.091 together) of narcotic substances.

V. per Art. 185 KKU, who stole a leather wallet with cash in the amount of UAH 1 thousand 111 and tried to escape. The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
05.09.2021, together with the NPU patrol on the car w/h 3011, during service with the OGP of the city. Kropyvnytskyi, according to hot traces, was detained gr. Guseva R. O. for Art. 185 KKU, who stole a bicycle worth 2 thousand UAH The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
05.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol with a service dog w/h 3036, during service with the police department of the city. Dnipro, the suicide attempt of citizen Petrenko A. was stopped. A., who cut her veins. An ambulance was called to the scene.
05.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 4114, during service with the OGP in the city. Lviv, was detained Gr. Petrik M. I. according to Art. 263 CCU, in which a cassette was detected during a surface inspection. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
08.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol of w/h 3011, during service with the OGP of the city. Kropyvnytskyi, was detained gr. Oleksieieva S. O. for Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 10 g was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
08.09.2021, together with the NPU patrol on the car w/h 3039, during the service with the OGP in the city. Nikolaev, was detained gr. Tolmachova O. G. for Art. 263 Criminal Code, in which, during a surface inspection, a traumatic pistol was found without the appropriate permits. 08.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 3033, during service with the OGP in the city. Berdyansk, was detained gr. Berezovskogo V. S. per Art. 263 CCU, in which during the surface inspection, 3 pcs. 9 mm rounds of traumatic action were found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
08.09.2021 by an independent patrol on the car w/h 1241, during the service with the OGP of the city. Ivano-Frankivsk, was detained gr. Mamchura V. V. per Art. 309 CCU, in which, during the surface inspection, a narcotic substance of synthetic origin weighing 15 g was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
08.09.2021 by an independent patrol on the car w/h 1141, during the service with the OGP of the city. Lutsk, was detained gr. Tsybulskogo O. V. per Art. 115 CCU, which during the conflict delivered a knife blow to the area of the heart of gr. Bereziuku O. IN. The latter was hospitalized by ambulance. O. for Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 30 g was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.

V. per Art. 185 CCU, who, through free access, stole a bicycle in gr. Konovalova E.O. worth 4 thousand 800 UAH The investigative and operational team of the district IP was called to the scene.
09.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 3053, during service with the OGP in the city. Kamianets-Podilskyi, was detained gr. Budivnytskoho A. S. per Art. 263 CCU, in which during a surface inspection a knife with signs of cold weapons was found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
10.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 1241, during service with the OGP in the city. Ivano-Frankivsk, was detained gr. Daineku I. V. per Art. 309 CCU, in which, during a surface inspection, a narcotic substance of plant origin weighing 600 grams was detected. The investigative and operational team of the regional police was called to the scene.
10.09.2021 by an independent foot patrol in the city 3053, during service with the OGP in the city. Kamianets-Podilskyi, was detained gr. Bobina V. V. per Art. 263 KKU, which during a surface inspection was found a 9mm BM combat weapon (converted into a traumatic weapon). The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
10.09.2021 by joint auto patrol w/h 3002, during service with the OGP in the city. Ostrig, was detained gr. Gavrilyuka Y. V. per Art. 263 KKU, in which during the surface inspection 9mm cartridges in the amount of 32 pieces were found. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
11.09.2021 by an independent auto patrol, w/h 3033, during service with the OGP in the city. Zaporizhzhia, was detained gr. Godun Yu. S. per Art. 263 KKU, which reported that she has 3 rounds of 338 caliber NatWest ammunition in her house. The investigative and operational team of the regional OP was called to the scene.
67 mass events were provided, for which 5 thousand 129 troops were involved:
- near the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration, the Embassy of Pakistan in Ukraine, the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and in the central part of the city of Kiev - near the judicial institutions in the city.

217 tasks of the patrol service were carried out, for which 10 thousand 331 servicemen, 340 service dogs, 497 units of patrol vehicles and 327 units of motor vehicles were involved.
Patrol service was performed in 18 regional centers of the state and in the city. Kyiv, as well as in 27 cities of regional and district subordination and in 2 rural settlements. In addition, personnel were involved in patrolling the territory of 2 road infrastructure facilities — railway stations in Kharkiv and Dnipro.
Daily (in days of service) more than 2 thousand servicemen were involved, who served in 642 uniforms, of which: 540 foot patrols (462 independent, 78 joint with NPU, of which 68 patrol with service dogs), 99 patrols on cars (80 independent and 19 joint with NPU) and 3 patrols on bicycles.
Also, patrol units deployed within the area of the Joint Forces continued to patrol in the cities of Severodonetsk, Rubezhnoe Luhansk region and Mariupol, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.
Completed 29 service tasks, for which 948 servicemen were involved.
Participation in measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the territory of the state:
- protection of hospital bases (places of observation, isolation) and vaccination sites (5 facilities) on the territory of 4 settlements of the state.
The forces and means of the National Guard were involved in:
- prevention of illegal extraction of amber
- participation in preventive measures on the territory of 7 settlements of the state in places and areas with the most difficult criminogenic situation, including - under the conditional name “MAC” and “MIGRANT”
Units of the National Guard of Ukraine continued to perform service tasks within the framework of the Joint Forces operation:
According to the results of the service, 7 persons were transferred to the National Police on suspicion of committing criminal offenses, including 3 persons suspected of involvement in the NSF and 1 person who was wanted, 96 persons for administrative offenses.
